Trambakeswar Temple is located very close to the Lakshaman Jhula. Temple is easily visible as it is one of the tallest buildings in that area. The Temple has total 13 floors. Each floor has many rooms which contains various gods and goddesses. Spiritually it is not much important temple like Bharat Mandir as there is no mythological importance behind it. Temple is also known as Kailashanand Mission Temple as it is owned by that trust. It is also known as 13 storied temple. There is no lift so you need to climb up by using stairs. The way to the top is like spiral circuit so overall you need a long walk to reach top and return. Many people climb up to get panoramic view of the area. Temple is surrounded by the shops, restaurants, hotels & ashrams.

How to reach: – Trambakeshwar Temple is located in tapovan area of Rishikesh near Lakshman Jhula. From Lakshman Jhula car parking it is 350 meters far after crossing the bridge. To reach other side by car you need to drive 12 kms via Neelkanth Bridge Road.
